No Legal Representation at the CCMA

<p>Labour Law *** is the worse company ever. I should be investigated by the Law Society or The Hawks.</p> <p>They half handled my unfair dismissal case and I had no legal representation at the CCMA because they did not pay their affiliated lawyer for cases before mine. I had to represent myself against a lawyer and an advocate. The outcome was not good for obvious reasons. Now their lawyer is expecting payment from me. He did not come to the CCMA and Labour Law Dex still has not paid him. Shame on you.</p>
