i was never paid after my ex employer paid your organisation

<p>I approached this company to assist me CCMA abitration matter in january and they gave me some documents to sign and we were good. Then few days before the abitration in february they called me to tell me that they have made an arrangement with my former employer that they will pay me one month salary and a letter of good reffernce of which i took the offer. Then from there i was left in a dark. I tried making follow up with them but they kept telling me my former employer has not paid which was a lie. Then i called the guy by the name of HONEST countless time who kept telling me my case is now on review and they will call me before the end of the day of which it never happend till today. I have sent this organisation countless emails asking them to give me feed back but with no luck.. i even went to their new fency offices were it took me over 400km and met with HONEST then he told me by tomorrow everything will be sorted but nothing. I called honest again and he promised someone will call me the sameday but no one called that day or next day or even nextweek not mentioning next month. Im currently unemployed looking for a job can be very costy and im a family man with two toddlers that i have to feed and clothes. I dont have money to travel to their offices or even call them because im using cellphone and the rates are very high.. someone please help me ive hit the wall.</p>
