Extremely bad service & still no settlement paid

I'd approached the company for legal advice on bullying in the workplace which resulted in unfair dismissal. The company offered a free consultation. I gave all correspondence & necessary documents at my consultation in CT & everything was sent to JHB, pending a valid case for the CCMA. I was sent a hearing date by the CCMA 3 days later (25th Feb) informing me of my hearing on Tuesday March 22nd. I never heard from anybody regarding an update on my case going forward. I received various mails from several different individuals in JHB that I had never met, sending me repeat info. One mail was from Edith, to inform me that they were awaiting my CCMA hearing date which I already had. On March 16th, 6 days before my hearing, I received a call from a Tapiwa in JHB who had been in telephonic contact with my previous Employer attempting to reach a settlement before the hearing. She knew nothing of the history of my case when I spoke to her & had done no research. A settlement was apparently reached on Friday March 18th, 3 days before my hearing. I call JHB everyday, nobody calls back, I mail & nobody responds. It's over a month since settlement was reached & I have received no funds.
