Been waiting 8 weeks for payment

<p>I requested assistance from LabourLawDex when I was disputing my retrenchment. And the legal advisor assisted me efficiently until my previous employer paid me out and deposited the funds into their account. My file was then forwarded to the revenue department, where they need to pay me. Till date, no one has contacted me to request for my banking details. When I follow up with some guy called Desmond, he just answers me as if he is a machine. No one gives me an update, I'm the one who always needs to follow up with them. I can only get a response when I email, calling is a useless excersize coz the phone will ring forever. No one picks up. It is sad what this company is doing to us, as we go to them very vulnerable and they play with those emotions to get money out of us. It's been 2 months since my previous employer paid me, I was told it takes 3 weeks for payment to take place. I don't know what is so difficult with getting your 40% of the amount and paying me what's mine!!! This is really stressful! </p>
