Very poor customer service and no feedback

<p>I lost my job and employed Labour Law Services to assist me in my matter. The legal team were brilliant and negotiated a severance package. But the was where the good stuff ended. I had to deal with a guy named Desmond Langa who was suppose to handle this and pay out my severance. Its now gone 3 weeks and the guys never answers my calls or even responds my emails. I had to pawn my things to survive just waiting for him. I just wanted feedback on where it is but after numerous emails never get hold of him. They ask you to call from 12h00 to 14h00 but never get through and when you do about 45 minutes later, he never answers.</p>
