unpaid settlement amount

<p>On the 21 January 2015 ,I was unfairly dismissed from work (Tyre Corporation) . The company paid the settlement amount of R10 622,71 to Labour Law Assist on the 24 June 2015. However I've been struggling to get my funds as Labour Law Assist dispute that Tyre Corporation paid any amount on my behalf to their account, yet I have all the proof of payments obtained from Motor Industry Bargaining Council.(Dispute resolution centre).</p> <p> </p> <p>Its been 12 months already everytime I call them they promise to get back to me but that doesn't happen.
