Terrible Service/Border line crimal

<p>I was unfairly dismissed in July I went to Labour Law assist to assist me with the CCMA case, they convinced me to settle for the settlement offered which in the end I did. My ex-compnay settled and paid in the begining of September I am still waiting on my payment. Everytime I call there are excuses or someone who is supposed to assist me is off for the day. No one ever phones back. And the excuse given for the delay is the accoubnt they are outsourcing too is behind in the recons and we need to wait. Would love to know who the accountants are???? I have also asked numerous times for the documents I signed when joining still nothing how difficult is it to scan and send????</p>
