*****ing my money

I was unfairly retrenched. Whet to Labour Law Assist(they have a no win no fee policy). Long story short, they won. They reached a settlement with my ex employer its all on black and white singed by all parties. The settlement amount has not been paid over to me since July. They are basically *****ing my money and pulling the interest for almost 6 months now. They simply ignore all my correspondence!
