Quick to help slow to pay

I used this company to help fight my ccma case and we won. <br> They were very quick to respond and accept my case, however I have been waiting for 4 months for my money. I have a writer letter from the company promising my money the 31st of December 2015 and it's now February 2016 <br> the service of the company when I phone to enquire is very rude and unresponsive.
