NO HELP WHAT SO EVER
I contacted Labour Law Assist on the 30 April 2015, in order to file a suit against the Hotel that I worked for @ the time for unfair Demotion, I was advised that I needed to go to Umhlanga office for a consultation which cost R1200. They filed at the CCMA and I had arbitration on the 14 August 2015. A week later I received an SMS from CCMA that they had found in favour of me and a ward would be sent to me. I was fired 10 days later and contacted the lawyers who told me I had to file again and pay R1200 which I did. I called from the 16 September to 08 October to get hold of Primrose but was unsuccessful, another lady called and advised that the case was closed. An award letter was sent to say that I was successful in my win, I told her I wanted to refute the outcome and file for unfair dismal, Rebecca then called and advised I needed to go to Umhlanga on Tuesday 13 Oct @ 12pm to see Nonlnathando and she was not there. I called this morning and was told she was there and someone would call, I am very unhappy as the CCMA needs to have the documents filed with them by the 15 OCT and still nothing has been done, and nobody has contacted me. I believe the CCMA was paid off by the Hotel
