no answers since January 2015

good day<br> <br> I went to labour law assist in December 2014 too assist me with my retrenchment, which I found was not fair. we spoke to Nicole in December and she arranged a ccma court date, we went to the ccma in Januaryfebuary 2015 with a laywer that had no clue about the case and did not even have the correct documents, my husband the represented me cause the laywer attended another case and not completing mine.<br> <br> ever since the ccma, we did not receive communication back, myself or my husband phoned Numerous times and spoke too Henry, Denis, Nicole(before she left) and Prince and every time they say they will phone back, which never happens, and then we need too phone again the next day.<br> <br> Prince told me I need to speak to Melissa(30/4/15) and he left her a message as well to phone my husband, he or she never returned the call.<br> <br> 4 months and still no clear answer too what is going on with my case or claim. very unprofessional service and this coming from a laywers company.<br> <br> please get your senior managers on this matter or even your directors, this is unacceptable and then they want us too charge us for this poor service, unbelieveable!!!<br> <br> asap feedback please!
