Lack of Service and no Punctuality

I was unfairly dismissed by Greenstone Auto Body and I went to Legal law Sevices for help. The fees that they charge you is 45% of your salary. So if the DRC awarded you with 2 months salary they take just under half of that money. When you call they never answer and when you eventually get hold of them they promise to phone back that same day to let you know what is going on with your case but they never do. You have to literally stalk them to find out what is going on. I even requested a meeting with my case worker and his manager to sort the problem out and even after that nothing changed. And the highlight of it is, that if your case worker is booked off sick, there is no one else that can assist you with your case. So my advice to whoever reads this, rather deal with the DRC personally... because of the amount of money they charge you and the lack of service and lack of punctuality that you recieve from this company and the emloyees.
