Labour Law Assist worthless

I repeatedly had to chase up on the progress of my case. After meeting with Dennis from the Cape Town office, I heard nothing from them. I tried repeatedly to call and email with no results. Eventually I found out that they had marked my case as settled. Yet nothing had been done. I told them it wasn't settled and they needed to get moving on the case. They approached my employer, managed to push her settlement offer up by a paltry amount, advised me to settle for this, asked for my bank details and that's it. The last communication I received was 1 April, its now 21 April and I've yet to see a cent of my settlement. I've emailed with no response, called them only to be told the account will process my payment. I would've been better off not having used their 'services'. They do not assist, just take a percentage for doing nothing!
