False Advertising

Their 'Welcome' letter states 'we will keep u posted on progress on a weekly/fortnightly basis'.This has not happened,Nothing!!! No response to endless phone calls & emails.They just don't care.Settlement in favour of myself received 25/26 May 2015 from my previous employer.1 month later they are still sitting with the money in their bank account & drawing interest & want to charge a 45% fee for drawing up a settlement agreement between myself & my previous employer which was not even signed by myself.What a nightmare this has been.What a disgrace.<br> A request was sent to Labour Law Assist to accept a R1000 fee or less instead of 45% on a small amount of R7500.They eventually respond today as follows:Good day,Please note that I have not yet received any word from my directors in regards to your request for a discount & date of payment.I hopefully will have an answer for you no later than Monday(that is the 6th July 2015!!)So this is another wait-How much longer must we wait for some action?When u phone to speak to Henry-always busy & never returns your call.Have asked Kimberly at Labour Law Assist to pass messages onto Henry to call back but has made no effort to date to return calls
