Dishonesty

I approached Labour Law Assist (Pty) Ltd. for representation in an unfair dismissal case which has landed up at the Labour Court.Firstly their website says that they provide free consultation and no upfront fees , but I had to pay R4500 before they would even look at the case , this to me is false advertising. They then advised that they couldn't represent me as the compensation amount is too little compared to the legal expenses that they will incur . Surely they knew this before they took the payment .
