Cheap Indian labour causing our people to suffer (chemie-tech)

I am one of the guys that gave you a call concerning about the job in the docks by the company called Chemitec what we don't understand is with such a high rate of unemployment in our country how is it possible that they can bring in so much Indian labour where as we have all the artisans and assistance that is needed for the job also from what we were made to believe they have a Epc contact and from what I understand that means they can supply 30% and we are supposed to be 70% but we are only 18 guys and they are already 50 and tomorrow some more will arrive
