DRC not handling cases fairly

I was fired unfairly and for no reason. I submitted my case online and i appeared on the 28/02/2020 at the Randburg branch. The commisoiner Mrs S Bhabha knew my employer on a personnel level. As we entered the room she Mrs Bhabha asked my employer how was his wife and kids. I was also bul**** into an agreement as i was told i had no case but was given 1 full months salary and my outstanding leave pay to be paid before 20/03/2020. Only my months salary was paid to me Mrs Bhabha is giving my employer grace period after grace period. I believe this case was not fair as the commisioner snd my employer knew each other on a personell way. 2 months after i was supposed to be paid im still struggeling to get my leave pay.
