Online Payment request approval from 17 December 2025

I submitted a payment request on 17 December 2025 to date not approved and called i was told of 15 working days that has now passed and several emails sent to they call centre they acknowledge email and say query will be attended still nothing is happening Today i went to they branch no formal correspondence sent to people on they data base to inform of that labour department in Roodepoort not working i only learned about today that its not working Mlungisi Mazibuko *** my details
