Mr Nkululeko Moffat Dlamini

These guys were hired by B&M mining company as their labour consultant. Well they fired me at work with no proof of what they we accusing me of. We went to CCMA the case was withdrawn due to lack of evidence on condition that they were to give me documents stating that I was not fired , but I was retrenched and give me my service record. That was in December to date they have not given me these documents, and I need them for reference as I'm looking for work in the mining industry.
