Job not complete as per signed agreement

I was referred to Jeremy through a friend. He handles my case at MEIBC. As per signed agreement at MEIBC his money to be take by him on first payment. After case has been awarded he came up with outrageous invoices bot discussed. First payment from Company to him so that he can take his money for case. Two other payments from company direct to me. Which he changed and take extra money not agreed or discussed. Reward was not paid as per signed agreement and service certificate still outstanding. When I questioned this with him he said to me that I must do it myself. He took money not agreed or discussed a R20 000 bill became more than R40 000 and his my reward was not paid out as per signed agreement
