Worse decision ever

I made my research about the panel beaters before I could decide to book my car in for fixing the minor scratches at the bumper. The reviews on their page were not too bad and I decided let me try them as they seemed like professionals plus it was Kia's recommendations PLUS they are accredited by SA.... Huuu guess what, got the shock of my life... After not having a car for almost two weeks of waiting finally Gert, one of the managers, informed me that my car was ready for collection. I was so excited and over the moon. When I got there I discovered additional scratches on my car and he wanted to argue with me that the scratches was there the time I brought my car... I had to force him that we go and look at the pictures that was taken before the car was booked in. That's when he admitted that indeed it's their fault and they will fix it... Then boom... I was given the car... Because of the excitement I checked everything else except my reverse camera if it was operational. I had to rush back to work and after work... When I reverse my camera is not showing on the mirror... I was so mad and ****ed at the same time, that's one of my favorite features about my car.. I then phone Gert to let him know about the situation, as always he told me sh*** that they were working on the bumper and not the camera side. I told him that it was working so perfectly and how come after I trusted them with my car suddenly my camera is not working. He didn't want to listen to me and said they will check it and if they are failing I will be responsible for the payment after taking the car to Kia dealership. I have never been met such evil people in my life. Or is because I am a woman and black? They took advantage me. They should have treated me fairly as a human being and a customer. If they refuse to take responsibility of the damage they caused, watch the space! They don't know who I am but they will find out soon enough. It is not a threat but a promise. I will never ever recommend them to any of my colleagues or friends.
