Unprofessional dealing with clients

I had my car at Laborius for 2 weeks now, for body repairs. On thursday the 17th of September 2015 I received an SMS notifying me that my car is at the Cleaning Department - meaning all the repair work was done. I then called to see if I could collect it same day, and Abrie Schreuder - one of the workshop managers - promised to give the word to the Cleaning and Quality department, but in the worst case the car would be ready by today (Friday 18th of September).<br> On Friday just after 14:00 I made a call, spoke to a lady at reception (whom I could'nt get their name), and told her I need to fetch the car as I have been promised it will be ready by today. She told me Abrie is busy with a client, and they will get back to me. Around 15:20 i decided to walk to Laborius as it is a walking distance from work to go enquire, and they were shut. Abrie was there locking, and there was nothing he could do. couldn't even allow me to speak to management. They couldn't even care less if I had a trip to polokwane the same friday night, and him and the lady he was with gave me the coldest treatments as if I were no client of theirs. No sense of customer care/people skills at all. Unprofessional!
