Passing the Buck and Zero Service

On 6 March 2015 I had the misfortune of having a vehicle travelling at high speed collide head-on into my stationary 2-month old vehicle with 4025 km on clock. 2 Months, and many, many unanswered e-mails later between Outsurance, their approved panelbeater Laborius Panelbeater, and Hyundai Menlyn, I am still awaiting satisfactory finalisation of the claim. Excuses are being made by all parties for non-provision of current value of damage, damaged parts being repaired instead of being replaced on a brand new vehicle, current salvage ratio, proof of 2nd compression test results, written trade-in value of the vehicle, etc., or my mails simply land into a void of unattended mails. I am informed that the requested information shall be provided on collection of the vehicle. As a \valued customer"I require this information prior to acceptance of the repaired vehicle. Please do not pay lip service - provide CUSTOMER service"
