Confusing process

I am so disappointed before I even take my car to them. They are full of stories and I am now doubting If I should take my car to them as I have lost trust in them. Miway have approved that I take my car there. They call to say I must bring my car in for repairs since it was involved in an accident, I ask about the Access amount they told me that I have to pay it after the car have been repaired but after calling miway insurance they change to say I must pay first. So confused about the whole process and I feel it's not professional
