BAD SERVICE

My car has been with this panelbeaters for more than 2 weeks and always they tell me that they are waiting for parts. Now I have to return the courtesy back to AVIS since I had it now for over a month. What am I going to use for travelling to work? I also travel with a 8 year old.. What are we going to use ?I AM FRUSTRATED NOW
