10 working days

A month ago Laborius panelbeaters received my Renault Megane GT. According to the policy with miway the insurar my car needs to be done in 10 working days. It has almost been 20 working days and i havent received feedback on acceptance of my car. Excuses were made about no the parts feom renault was sent late and they waiting, then that means they did not do their job according to what they promise the insurance that they can do the panelbeating. When asked about the sending of the policy to me so my lawyers can have a look they did not respond twice about that. So if miway uses them as recommended panelbeaters is this how long you should wait after i directly paid my 5000 rand excess? I need my car and i willing to go to court for loss of income because of the breach of contract.
