The "Animal" of Laborie village

Laborie village menton road Auckland park. So theres this girl that constantly laughs the whole day from the time she wakes up until 1 o clock in the morning. I live right across her she's in C146 and her name is busi. Its been going on now for about 4 months. I have been to the manager of the complex and she kept telling me "oh no im trying to get hold of her landlord". Everytime is the same story. I have my own evidence of the ugly blasting laughter that comes out of this "animals" mouth, but yet its not enough, you can think of her laugh as a hyena's laugh on steroids. The manager tells me last week that she cant do anything because im the only one complaining. Iv failed two papers in this time span and im doing Mechanical Engineering. Throughout these 4 months this girl has broken me down mentally and emotionally, i can never regain the emotional stability she has taken away from me. I left midway into my lease agreement and came home but i still have to pay the rent. I broke down a few days ago because the laughing was so bad i couldnt study or sleep and i swore the animal so bad, and then the next day i get confronted for screaming across the balcony and calling the SAPS. This happened twice. Today i had a screaming match with the manager as i wanted to know why isnt she doing her job and doing something about the problem, she tells me AGAIN that she's doing all she can still trying to get hold of the landlord, and i snapped again asking her that if she was really doing her job would the cops have came to resolve the problem. She started crying and screaming at me and tried to talk over me and i scram back at her. I went back upstairs packed my things and left because i cannot handle this girls laughter anymore, it drove me insane to a point where id disrespect an elder, im on edge more than ever, im constantly even more stressed than normal and i struggle to sleep now due to this whole situation.
