Absolutely appalling service! Shocked by the way I was spoken to!

<p>As someone who has dealt with many businesses in the events industry including East Coast Radio and SAB, I have never EVER dealt with a more unprofessional, inconsiderate and just utterly rude staff as that of La Boda Wedding Hire. Placing a simple order of 20 chairs, I was told on numerous occasions throughout the call that payment could be made upfront when the chairs were collected. This mornin, the day of the event, I called them once again, asking the chairs to be increased to 30 and once again confirmed that payment would be made when we collected them at 10.30 to which I was told, "Yes, no problem." Upon collection however, we were informed that no deposit was paid and our chairs had been given to another company. This, just 6 hours before our event was to begin! Upon calling "Lisa" to have this straightened out, not only did she completely cut me off raising her voice with aggression every single time I opened my mouth, REFUSING to hear me out but she then cut my call. La boda, thanks to the professionalism and composure demonstrated by your staff member, the Complaints Commission has now been notified of the abuse I was subjected to in the one day I dealt with your company, not forgetting the inaccurate information YOU provided resulting in additional expenditure to rectify the incredibly problematic situation you left us in. As a company who apparently "Strives to provide exceptional service", that "exceptional service" has been nothing short of appalling.</p>
