Labels4School is absolutely incredible!

I ordered my son's labels for creche in December, my order was processed and delivered in a few days from being ordered. When it came to the day before school, I was at home ironing on clothing labels; I looked down to see that my number that was printed on the labels had one digit wrong. I sent Labels4school and email telling them what I had found and how disappointed I was.

They responded quickly and in a very polite manner only to point out that the mistake was made by me when placing the order (I was horrified to find I had made a mistake and then blamed them). But even though they weren't at fault they offered me 80% discount to have my labels reprinted (Wow!). I rep**** again saying how kind the offer was considering it was my fault not theirs and that I was so grateful- well this is where this team just went an extra 10 miles for this mom who was an emotional mess (1st school day for my little one took its toll on me)- they then told me that they would be reprinting and sending me new labels free of charge!!

To say I was stunned is an understatement!! Well I received my new labels only to find they not only replaced my labels that were printed incorrectly, but printed DOUBLE my original order!

No words can really express how amazed I am by their service! I will use them for ALL my label printing in the future and recommend them to anyone who ever needs labels printed!
