Stay far away- no service delivery understanding

Order was late as a result had to incur costs of buying labels only for it to be thrown away a day later when goods were received. Then to add insult to injury the order had missing items. No apologies from company nor any attempt for refund. Stay far away from this company. Lots of mom influencers promoting them but clearly service is differentiated for the normal consumers
