Delayed respond and poor service

I bought a Polo leather handbag for R2300.00 at Labels Unlimited Northridge mall in Bloemfontein in July 2022. Six months later in January 2023 I returned the bag to the said shop because the leather was peeling off. The sale's lady accepted the bag to attend my complain. Now on Sunday the 16 July 2023 they called me to come and fetch the bag because they cannot help me.
