Very Disappointed

I bought labels on the 1st of November today is the 13th still not delivered, I sent them 2 emails then they sent me a tracking number for courier guy, which doesn't exist, I contacted courier guy they said they just registered the parcel but never sent it. Feels like a **** to me and will never advise anyone to buy from them. Their contact number goes to voicemail, and they never reply to your WhatsApp messages.
