Very disappointed

I bought the B21 for my lab to label finished bulk products. Machine arrived quite quickly. I ordered labels on 22nd Feb and still have not received them. Zero response from Labelly. Phone is off. If they don't respond by the end of today, I will report a case of theft with SAPS.
