Very bad service. Do not recommend buying from them

Really bad service. I ordered the 29th of November from Labelly and still haven't received my order. According to the courier company there was 2 attempts made to pick up my order. And one was cancelled and one was a failed attempt due to my order not being packed yet. There is no response on their email or whatsapp when I ask where my order is.
