TEAM LABELLY REDEMPTION

After writing an earlier review about my dissatisfaction with their after-sales service, I did receive a mail from the company to the effect that, although they were unable to resolve my poor printer quality issue, they would send me a brand new B21 printer which, they seemed to think, had been updated by the manufacturers to resolve these poor quality glitches.

After testing out the new printer I am disheartened to say that the new machine is equal to my original and prints small labels with poor quality and does not even recognise a supposedly legitimate Niimbot label (small circles ordered for a very specific purpose).

I will commend Team Labelly for finally addressing my grievances and for doing what they believed would resolve the issue, however I will not recommend this particular printer since its ability to print consistently good quality labels is hugely problematic.
