SHOCKING NON EXISITENT AFTER SALES SERVICE!!

After purchasing a combo printer pack from Labelly in March 2024 I received a What's app to confirm my order. I was impressed and thought ‘Wow, great service, what a pleasant shopping experience’. After that their was absolutely no correspondence on this What’s app line (that they politely tell you to contact them on for any queries). No one answers the phone, and surprise, surprise no ones answer emails. After just over 2 weeks my order arrived (which I quite frankly thought was never going to arrive due to lack of correspondence) the incorrect labels had been put in the box. I called & emailed again and …no answer , Fortunately I have found more companies in SA that sell this device on the Nimrod website, there are a many Pna stores and Core pack sell the devices and labels aswell. I will email Nimrod and also inform them of this poor customer service from the supplier. I would advise finding another supplier other than Labelly to order this cute handy device from. I'm just grateful nothing was wrong with my device as my experience could have been far worse.
