Redeemed themselves

I bought from Labelly last year and it was a big mess. Since then they have emaild me eventually saying that they will sort out the back log in the new year. And I am very surprised at how quick they sorted it out. I received a gift and my order with no drama. Really happy with the service. Don't think the drama was necessary if they just rep**** to the emails or answered the phone calls, but they made up and I got my products. Will definitely order from them again.
