Order placed 29 November, checked on eta on the 3 Dec there was no reply, followed up again on the 5th Dec to which I got a reply about certain labels not being compatible, I rep**** and let them know to send all labels. 9th Dec followed up again on ETA was told and email was sent the Friday which I did not receive but was told orders would be delivered by Wednesday the 11th. I asked on the 11th for a tracking number, got another excuse that orders would be received by Friday that week or the next. I rep**** asking what was missing and got ignored. Asked again on 12th Dec what was missing and ignored again. Messaged on Friday the 13th asking for a refund and got ignored again! Messaged again on the 17th and ignored once again. Messaged on 18th ignored again. Managed to get someone to answer my call though and was told it would be shipped that day. Friday followed up for shipping details and once again ignored until finally after numerous calls I got hold of someone. Finally received tracking. My order arrived today Saturday the 21st. My order consisted of 9 items! I received only 5 items and of the 5 that was received 1 of the items was not ordered!
