Labelly Poor Service or ****?

Really poor service from this company Ordered on the 30th of June, no delivery update up till today No response to emails. Poor, delayed and generic response to whatsapps. Called on the 9th of July and was advised they would get to my order on the 9th or 10th of July. End of day on the 10th of July and still no response .
