*****ELOUS COMPANY! DONT BIY FROM THEM!

I am super disappointed with this company! I was so impressed with this product, that I immediately payed for my tiny printer at HobbyX. Only afterwards the lady helping me said that they don't have stock, she will go fetch in her car. Obviously no stock, but it will send it via courier AND I can order online for the labels at a discount of 15%, using the code Hobbyx4. Today I used the cell number provided at show and explained that I payed for my printer and want to order the labels needed at the discount they offer. Asked for an invoice with the discount. Later in the day to my surprise I got a ridiculous invoice with a totally over priced product of R1300.I already paided the R1100 and something! Unfortunately I didn't do my research, as at the show I payed R1100, but at the PNA stand they sold it for R800 and something and it was available immediately. Yhat guy is the legit importer. When I enquired, about the price difference, the lady said well you get extras. A cheap waterbottel and cheap pouch for the printer. That's not extras! This stall at HobbyX was the biggest **** ever! How can this be allowed? This importer is ruining the brands reputation. Both my sms and their reaction e_ mail can be provided. I tried to call a few times and they just do not answer.
