DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR ENTICING ONLINE PRESENCE!!!

I'm hugely dissatisfied with this company on the whole. I was gifted a Labelly printer for Christmas and ordered additional labels to match my printing needs. Two of the boxes delivered were completely incorrect but, after raising the issue with them, and to their credit, they quickly responded by couriering the correct labels through to me without even retrieving the incorrectly delivered labels.

In the same mail, I advised them that the printer seemed to be faulty in that it was incapable of printing smaller labels, which was one of the main reasons for wanting this printer. The font is either incredibly faint or missing parts of letters/designs completely. When I raised the matter with them on the 13th January 2024 (a mere two weeks after receiving the printer), I was instructed to send them a picture of the faulty labels and that they would "rectify the matter immediately." I did so immediately and waited for them to respond.

After following up with them again via their whatsapp forum on 16 January 2024 (having received no response from them by mail) they informed me that they had "sent my email to their tech team! Once they have come back to us we will help in resolving your printing issues." Needless to say, there's been ZERO response from since this last comm and presumably their "tech team" is merely a redundant phrase they dish out to get folk like me off their case.

Bottom line: please do NOT consider purchasing anything from this company. They have a fantastic social media presence but that's where their levels of excellence begin and end. I am hugely dissatisfied with what I thought was going to be a nifty label printer :(((
