DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY

Bought a machine which was delivered. I discovered that it doesn't have the features which I need for my brand. I started the return and refund process which has been a drag for almost 20 days now. After 10 days of nagging them to send their courier guy to collect their machine for returns, I returned their machine 4 days ago but there's still no communication from their side. They ignore my emails and any other other attempts of communication on their platforms from my side. To this day they have not refunded me. I am disappointed with their lack of professionalism. No respect and poor service for their customers. I am so inconvenienced financially by this company and wouldn't recommend it to any one!!!! I want my money back! 😡😡😡😡
