Do not buy from these people

Terrible customer service. Enquired about delivery date of an order, was told it would be sent this week. They claim delivery between 6 and 9 business days, but when that time has passed, they do not answer any emails or Whatsapp messages. After reading other bad reviews, I'm wondering how much money they have ****** from other customers.
