Disgusting Service - You Pay, they DO NOT DELIVER

Placed an order on the 29th November 2023, received no communication besides confirmation of the order. I emailed them on the 9th December advising that my office will be closing on the 13th and if the parcel wasn't going to arrive before then, they needed to communicate such. Nothing. Tried to deliver on the 20th December despite my previous communication. After threatening them, someone actually called me back, though I think it was a mistake. Eventually received the parcel on the 6th January and would you believe, most of the order is missing. I have been calling, sending emails and messages to no avail. No response. The order value was R4839.05, I could have better spent that money with a supplier that would actually supply the products I needed IN DECEMBER! At this stage, I want them to take what I have back and give me back my money, but you cannot return without arranging a return, but you cannot do that if you cannot get hold of anyone. I have printers and no labels or paper... absolutely useless to me. I've just sent an email giving them 24 hours to either fulfill the order or refund. I will not return the items without my money! Support small business and this is what you get! No registered company called Labelly or any variation thereof, nor 'MyLabelPrinter' a name mentioned on their site. I will find who is behind this business.
