Disappointed buyer

I purchased a NIIMBOT printer from this company in October 2023. I was never able to use the printer due to it not connecting to my phone. I have reached out to them on multiple occasions and all I get is empty promises of a new printer being sent and the faulty printer getting collected. Their after sales service is extremely poor. I am really disappointed that I haven’t been able to use my printer since purchasing it last year.
