An online purchase was made on 1 December 2024, at which point the shipping policy was 3-5 days, and there was no indication that items were out of stock, allowing me to purchase for R1600+. After not receiving any response to my follow-up email, I called only to be told that items were out of stock and I would receive my order during the following week. When I queried as to why I was not informed, I was very rudely told that they could not be expected to answer every email or keep every customer updated. On 6 December I canceled the order and requested a refund, with banking details provided via email. To date, I have not received the refund. Numerous emails and WhatsApp messages go unanswered. Clearly this business cannot be trusted!
