Never ever order online from the South African website. I placed an order on 25 November, 2021, and am still waiting for the order to be delivered. I specifically marked the order for delivery and paid courier fees. The best I get out of them is an e-mail reply asking me if I can collect my order from their warehouse in Sandton. They are playing the deaf and dumb game - ignore her and she will go away. Well, I am sorry but they took my money and have not filled the order and refusing to refund my money. To my mind that equals outright theft.
