All about making a sale, no customer care

2 weeks ago I had a face mapping session at Lab skin and body as I had a face rash, the the****** then told me that my skin is extremely dry and insisted that I buy a dermalogica range that is for extra sensitive skin. I advised her of my concerns regarding my skin and changing/trying new products, she convinced me that this would clear and better my skin, and that she's so sure she guarantees sucess and should I not be happy I could take the product back. R3640 later, my skin is very dry, scaly and flaking with a sand paper like texture. I booked an appointment to see her, which didnt go so well because she first asked me to explain to her how and when I was using the product, I gave her a run down which was as per her instructions. Her response was that it's impossible for this product to do that to my skin as it's the best in the market, it's been tried tested etc. She sang a completely different tune than when she wanted to make a sale. Her solution was to take one of the products for testing and gave me samples of what she called the best moisturiser (\that's what she said about the one she made me buy") and eye serum to try and soften my eye area.
