Lab 24 is joke

I give this company 1 star! Don't work for this company as a independent contractor. I reported them to the IRS for failure to provide me with my 1099 form! I worked 1 day for this miserable place and they can't provide me with 1 form? No sense in calling or emailing the owner or operations manager. She is useless in her assistance. All they have done is give me the run around and a hard time with trying to get a legal document that is mine.
