Incorrect office hours on website - wasted my time

Their website states they open at 7am. I took my 70 year old mom there at 7am to do a blood test and they are closed. I waited till 7:30 and still closed. The guard says they open around 8:30. Why the **** would the website say 7am when they know they open around 8. Plus the calls to *** weren't answered. Bunch of clowns that can't get their office hours right. If you know the website has incorrect hours then at least put a ****in notice on your front door that confirms the correct hours so one would know what to expect.
